Grand Teton National Park
Located in northwestern Wyoming, Grand Teton National Park preserves a spectacular landscape rich with majestic mountains,
pristine lakes and extraordinary wildlife. The abrupt vertical rise of the jagged Teton Range contrasts with the
horizontal sage-covered valley and glacial lakes at their base, creating world-renowned scenery that attracts nearly four
million visitors per year. There are many outdoor recreation activities to choose from at Grand Teton National Park.
During the summer you can hike, walk, view wildlife, take photographs, backpack, camp, climb, fish, swim, boat, float,
canoe and bike. In winter skiing and snowshoeing are popular activities.

Fort Laramie National Historic Site
This "grand old post," established as a private fur trading fort in 1834, witnessed the entire sweeping saga of America’s
western expansion and Indian resistance to encroachment on their territories. Indians, trappers, traders, missionaries,
emigrants, gold seekers, soldiers, cowboys and homesteaders would leave their mark on a place that would become famous in
the American West. Activities include bird watching, fishing, hiking, and Interpretive Programs

Fossil Butte National Monument
Some of the world's best preserved fossils are found in the flat-topped ridges of southwestern Wyoming's cold sagebrush
desert. Fossilized fish, insects, plants, reptiles, birds, and mammals are exceptional for their abundance, variety, and
detail of preservation. Most remarkable is the story they tell of ancient life in a sub-tropical landscape.

Devils Tower National Monument
The nearly vertical monolith known as Devils Tower rises 1,267 feet above the meandering Belle Fourche River. Once hidden
below the earth's surface, erosion has stripped away the softer rock layers revealing Devils Tower. Known by several
northern plains tribes as Bears Lodge, it is a sacred site of worship for many American Indians. The rolling hills of this
1,347 acre park are covered with pine forests, deciduous woodlands, and prairie grasslands. Deer, prairie dogs, and other
wildlife are abundant.
Location: Visitors traveling east on I-90 exit at Moorcroft, WY. Visitors traveling west on I-90 use any of three Sundance,
WY exits. From Moorcroft or Sundance, take 14 north to 24, take 24 north to Devils Tower. A scenic alternative for
visitors traveling west on I-90 – take exit 199, follow 111 north to 24, take 24 west through the town of Hulett to
Devils Tower.

Warren ICBM & Heritage Museum
The Museum is in historic Building 210, which was the Army commander’s headquarters at the turn of the century. You will
find exhibits in the first floor rooms, as well as the museum annex building 211, depicting the history of missiles and
that of the 90th Space Wing. On the second floor of Bldg. 210 are rooms that create a look back into the life of the men
and women stationed at the post/base.
