The Wyoming Dinosaur Center has been called the Best Dinosaur Museum in the entire USA. The museum has a huge exhibit area, in fact the exhibit area is over 14,000 square feet in size. There are over 27 mounted dinosaurs, including; Velociraptor's shown hunting other species, a Large Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops, and lots of displays of early life forms and mammals.
The Wyoming Dinosaur Center also has lots of incredible fossil displays of ancient, flying reptiles, fish and other amazing marine reptiles, and even dinosaur eggs. The huge exhibit area is just a part of the things to experience at the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, as this place has it's own top of the line, modern preparation laboratory, where you can actually watch professionals, clean and prepare bones, fossils, and other such items that have been discovered.
Have you ever dreamed or wondered what it would be like to find, prepare and remove real dinosaur bones that you have found, you can even go on a real Dinosaur dig yourself at an actual dig site. The actual dig sites are not too far from the Wyoming Dinosaur Center, and transportation to the dig sites is provided.
After you sign up, and pay the fee to go on an actual dig, you will be given a short orientation on digging techniques, etc, you will then be transported to the dig site. Besides transportation to the dig site, your fee also cover your lunch, and the use of all tools for digging while at the site.
