Chahinkapa Zoo
Over 200 animals and birds of 60 different species including otters, bison, monkeys, gibbon apes, camels, snow leopards,
black bears, wallabies, cougars, gemsbok, llamas, elk and Siberian tigers, make the zoo their home. Also "Grandpa's Little
Zoo" is a very popular hands-on educational area for the children to see and pet a variety of farm animals. We take
pleasure in giving our guests a tour worth remembering. We combine beautiful scenery with lovely animals for a special
occasion for your family or group.

Red River Zoo
The Red River Zoo site started with only seven trees and a few old farm buildings, the featureless land has since been
transformed into areas of beautifully landscaped exhibits, rolling hills and a series of five ponds connected by flowing
streams. Over five hundred trees and shrubs have been planted to create the illusion of wilderness amongst the cityscape
of Fargo. The most notable aspect of the Red River Zoo is its outstanding living collection. Several endangered species
live and breed in natural habitat exhibits throughout the zoo. The zoo features exotic and native animals and plants from
areas around the world with similar climates to the Red River Valley. Over three hundred animals of seventy-five species
reside at the Red River Zoo.

Dakota Zoo
The Zoo offers a variety of other fun things to do while visiting the 600+ animals that call Dakota Zoo their home.
Hop on board the Tribune Express or the Leach Express and take a 20-minute train ride through the Zoo to learn more
about some of the furry and feathered friends you'll view. Enjoy hotdogs, popcorn, nachos, cotton candy, cold
beverages and much more at the Concession Stand to satisfy hungry and thirsty visitors! The Cass Clay Ice Cream
Parlor is a delight to visitors as it offers a variety of ice cream flavors as well as a comfortable dining area. Laughter
is often heard at the Children's Play Area which is a great place for children to play and interact with one another while
parents may take a break and sit on the benches while viewing the fun. We have zoovenirs and gifts galore in store for you
at the Dakota Zoo's Antler Trading Post.

Roosevelt Park Zoo
The Roosevelt Park Zoo has more than 200 mammals, birds and reptiles. They also have a wonderful Children's zoo, education
center, gift shop, Discovery Gallery and Concessions. There is a new, incredible otter exhibit, the exhibit is amazing,
with under water viewing and a powerful waterfall, it's a must see!
