Discovery Ski Area
Come to Discovery to experience what skiing Montana is all about! In the heart of southwestern Montana, this regional
secret boasts great terrain, uncrowded slopes, amazing views, and a friendly atmosphere. Discovery’s 614 skiable acres
are spread over 2100 acres of National Forest. Our two north-facing bowls offer some of the steepest lift-served skiing
around. The extensive frontside faces offer excellent beginner & intermediate runs. Our terrain truely offers something
for everyone - tree skiing, powder bowls, mogul-runs, groomed trails and great boarding air. Lessons, rentals, and
cross-country skiing are available for all ages & abilities. Off the slopes enjoy fantastic food in Discovery’s full
service cafeteria and bar.

Bridger Bowl
Bridger Bowl is flanked by two large bowls to the North and South. Most of the ski area offers wide open terrain with a
variety of landscapes including long slopes, glades, chutes, gullies in addition to other smaller bowls. Bridger Bowl
offers a very diverse ski experience with the following ratings: 25% beginner, 35% intermediate, 30% advance and 10%
extreme. Incredible expert only skiing is available on Bridger's renowned "Ridge". Skiers and snowboarders who wish to
access this terrain must hike up 400 vertical feet above the Bridger Lift. Ridge skiing requires expert ability, an
avalanche transceiver (457 khz), shovel, partner, and knowledge of the terrain. The ridge has steep chutes, rock cliffs,
and snowfields, providing some of the most challenging skiing found within any ski area boundary.

Teton Pass Ski Area
Features and Services: Day Lodge, ski shop, ski school and Lodging within 30 miles of the ski area. Snowboarding Info: We
have two runs that are natural halfpipes. Lessons are available. Cross Country Skiing: Exercise track just off the lower
parking lot. The road into the West Fork has been packed by snowmobiles. Some mountain stats are: Annual Snowfall: 250 in.
Base Elevation: 6190 ft. Mid Elevation: 6620 ft. Top of Lift Elevation: 7200 ft. Summit Elevation: 8488 ft. Acres: 114
acres. Vertical Drop: 1010 ft. Advanced Runs: 12. Intermediate Runs: 9
