Montana is beautiful country and the best way to see it is by hiking it! The Bob Marshall Wilderness has 1.5 million acres and there are some amazing backpacking trips
to be taken in this area. High County Adventures will take you on the tour of a lifetime. There are trips that really take you to the heart of the wilderness and that you
experience firsthand. You will get up close and personal to rushing streams, wide valleys, dense forests, and looming peaks.
No matter your schedule, you will find a High Country Adventures backpacking trip for you. Choose from as little as one week or up to 12 days, depending on what your
schedule allows. There is an annual pack stock trip, too, that encompasses five to nine miles per day. The longer trips are more difficult and have more layover days.
Transportation is provided from the Great Falls Airport and Choteau as well as on the trailhead. Visitors may rent an equipment pack for a low fee, however all community
gear, food, and maps are provided.
There are two guides per trip and hiking at your own pace is encouraged. Freedom and independence is offered, but help is available too. The next time you are in
