Welch Village Ski and Snowboard Area
Welch Village sits in the scenic Cannon River Valley and has been family-owned since 1965. It offers a nice variety of
over 40 runs that cater to all skiing levels, and a quartet of black-diamond, front-face runs that are among the steepest
in the region. Two nicely spaced day lodges along the bottom of the sprawling ski hill offer lots of eating and lounging
choices.

Hyland Ski & Snowboard Area is known for some of the best snowmaking and grooming in the Midwest and its terrain park
full of progressive and innovative features. The large chalet complex features an outstanding food court with daily
specials, two levels of seating and accessory merchandise. HSSA's large rental shop has an extensive inventory of ski and
snowboard equipment. Lockers and a free ski/snowboard check also are available.
Location: Hyland Ski & Snowboard Area is located off of East Bush Lake Road in Bloomington. From I-494, go south on
Normandale Boulevard on 84th Street. Turn right and follow 84th Street to Chalet Road. Turn left into HSSA. - Bloomington,

Three Rivers Park District
Three Rivers Park District is a natural resources-based park system located in the suburban Minneapolis/St. Paul metro
area of Minnesota that manages nearly 27,000 acres of park reserves, regional parks, regional trails and special-use
facilities. The Park District offers facilities for every season, including: picnicking, swimming, creative play, boating,
