Delaware Toy & Miniature Museum
The Delaware Toy & Miniature Museum, a nonprofit organization founded by Gloria R. Hinkel and Beverly J. Thomes, is a
historical reference of antique and contemporary dollhouses, miniatures and sample furniture as well as dolls, toys,
trains, boats, and planes, both European and American, from the 18th to 20th centuries. This collection of over 100
dollhouses and rooms, antiques as well as the newly crafted miniatures made by talented artisans serves as a visual
documented piece of history. A visitor not only sees the furniture and accessories of today but those enjoyed by our
ancestors of yesterday.

DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum
Discoveries from the Sea Shipwreck Museum was founded with the goal of recovering and preserving our maritime heritage.
DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum is an ever-changing exhibit that expands and diversifies with the acquisitions of new
artifacts as they are recovered. Our collection of shipwreck and recovered artifacts is one of the largest in the
Mid-Atlantic and contains shipwreck artifacts both regional and worldwide. Our current location houses about 10,000
artifacts at all times, while the other 80% are rotated throughout museum exhibits around the world. Our long- range goal
is to expand our facilities to exhibit the entire collection at one location. Through your DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum
visit, lecture, or program you will travel through a hands-on experience, which will enable you to shake hands with
history.

Air Mobility Command Museum
The Air Mobility Command Museum preserves military airlift and tanker aircraft that were once assigned to the base in
both its incarnations as Dover Army Air Field and the Dover Air Force Base. The museum has quite a number of artifacts in
its collection that are rare and unusual. There are tons of planes, helicopters and other crafts to see such as: B-17G
Flying Fortress, C-5 Galaxy, C-7 Caribou, C-45G Expeditor, C-47 Skytrain, C-54M Skymaster, KC-97, C-119G, C-121, C-123K,
C-131D, C-133, KC-97 Stratofrighter, C-119G Flying Boxcar, C-121 Constellation, C-123K Provider, C-131D Samaritan, C-133
Cargomaster and lots more.

Hagley Museum and Library
Hagley Museum and Library collects, preserves, and interprets the unfolding history of American enterprise. Hagley houses
an important collection of manuscripts, photographs, books, and pamphlets documenting the history of American business
and technology.

Kalmar Nyckel Foundation - Ship
A grand ship brought the first 24 Swedish settlers to the Delaware Valley in 1638. Now, on the shores of the Christina
River near Old Swedes Church and Fort Christina Park, the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation has re-created the three-masted ship
with its fine carvings, richly appointed captain's cabin, and ship's cat, known as Toolbox. When the ship is not sailing,
visitors can tour the 139-foot long electric-blue Kalmar Nyckel and take a look at her 7 guns, 7,500 square feet of sail,
and 10-story high main mast. The best time to find the ship at home is November through April.
